Completed
The scheduled maintenance has been completed.

Scheduled
The Groove Dialer function makes use of the Twilio network for calls. On Wednesday, January 24, 2024, Twilio is updating their media IPs and port ranges for calls made in all regions. Failure to update may result in calls experiencing one-way audio and may eventually lead to calls being dropped.

Action Required Before January 24, 2024:
To avoid any service disruptions, ensure that your network administrator has updated your network to allow voice traffic from the following globalized IP and port ranges:
IP range: 168.86.128.0/18
UDP port range: 10000-60000

Please note that the old IP and port ranges do not need to be removed immediately. They will remain active until January 24, 2024, but will not accept or send traffic after that date.

For more information on how to set up your network for optimal quality of service, please refer to the Dialer Network Requirements at https://help.groove.co/en/articles/3323878-dialer-network-requirements.
